Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns. However, every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our highest quality standards. 

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace products damaged during shipping if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 business days to initspurestformcc@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
